Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible Revealed

Bentley releases new information about their latest Supersports Convertible. The Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible claims that it is the fastest four-seat convertible in the world.

The Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible uses a 630 PS (621 bhp / 463 kW) twin-turbo W12 engine. It also features an on-board fuel monitor measuring the fuel blend in the engine, the car then consistently benefits from up to 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque.  This, paired with the revised Quickshift transmission, helps the car to a 0-100 mph (161 km/h) time of 9.6 seconds.

Irish tuners Onyx are back and this time they worked on the Britain’s top luxury vehicle, the Bentley Continental GT.

Onyx made changes to the car’s front bumper, which now includes carbon fiber modifications. They also installed LED daytime runners, as well as a front carbon fiber splitter. New arches were also installed, widening the car’s stance, and matches the new side sills as well.  Out in the back, the new rear bumper with carbon diffuser has been installed. The carbon deck lid spoiler matches the diffuser.

Under the hood, Onyx’s Bentley Continental Platinum GTO kit boosts power to around 640 bhp (477 kW / 649 PS) from the standard 553 bhp…

Vorsteiner BR9 Edition For Bentley Continental GT

A styling package for the Bentley Continental has been unveiled by Vorsteiner.

The BR9 styling package of Vorsteiner includes a five-piece body kit that is constructed with high-tech vacuum bagged dry carbon fiber technology.  The body piece includes a new front bumper that is 39mm lower than the stock bumper, aerodynamic skirts, a redesigned rear bumper fitted with a carbon fiber diffuser, and an elegant yet functional deck lid spoiler.

An optional 22 inch Forged Aluminum Monoblock Mesh wheel named as V-101 is also part of the BR9 package, along with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires. The wheels can also be custom-painted or power-coated according to the customers desired finish specifications.

Due to technological innovation, it is now fairly easy to get to 200 mph without needing a roof. Due to this almost every supercar maker has a convertible version of their fastest cars.  Bentley is also considering doing a convertible version of its most powerful vehicle the Continental Sports.

According to reports, Bentley is really considering a convertible version of its latest Continental Supersports model. The convertible version will be the eighth revisionof the supercar, and will be the most challenging.

The Continental GTC Speed was designed to handle more power than it is currently equipped with, so the convertible body would be up to the task of dealing with the Supersports’…

Taking luxury to the next level is what Bentley’s Series 51 is all about. The series was launched at the recently held Frankfurt Motor Show. The Series 51 cars, available in both GT and droptop GTC variants, are based on the standard Continental, but they feature exterior and interior design tweaks.

The name Series 51 was derived after the first year Bentley officially established a styling department. The Series 51 will be like homage to the Bentleys of the 1950’s. Bentley says the Series 51 cars will feature a “highly-distinctive interior color palette and unique exterior design cues.”
