
Hyundai’s mid-2010 Elantra model will get a minor update, highlighted by a new in-dash touchscreen navigation system. Hyundai says the Elantra GLS Navigation Package is the “least expensive full-screen navigation-equipped vehicle among comparable models.”
For only $18,715—including destination—the Hyundai Elantra GLS with Navigation Package undercuts a similarly equipped Toyota Corolla by $685. It also beats the Honda Civic and Mazda3 by about $4,200 and is incredibly $5475 cheaper than the Volkswagen Jetta.
But despite of the Elantra’s low cost, its navigations system is packed with technology. The LG designed system features a 6.5 inch touch screen interface, Bluetooth connectivity, iPod and USB inputs and XM Satellite radio.
