Tesla Motors, which is known for its innovative work in the area of clean electric powertrains, has just recently commissioned a group of eleven L ‘Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) of Turin students studying for their Master of Arts in Transportation Design to come up with a new Tesla concept that meets several criteria. These include being a 2+2 type everyday sports car with high levels of comfort, youthfulness and digital-age compliance.

A Right Hand Drive Roadster From Tesla

Tesla is planning on building a right-hand-drive variant of the Tesla Roadster electric car. Tesla’s first RHD model is currently at the automaker’s dealership in London, and is being made available for test drives.

The Tesla Roadster RHD has an estimated 200-mile range, with recharge taking around four hours on a 220-volt outlet. It can accelerate from zero to sixty miles per hour in 3.7 seconds, and has an electronically-limited top speed of 125 mph.
